Questions about the game, a mistake in a word, something objectionable you have seen, or want your data deleted? Write to us:
We usually reply within a couple of days. Reports of objectionable content are reviewed within 24 hours.
Reporting content
In the app, press and hold an answer, a name or a message and choose Report. What you report is hidden for you straight away. You can also write to us: say which word or room it was about and roughly when. We remove the content and ban users who break the terms.
Deleting your data
Tap "Delete profile" at the bottom of the profile page in the app. Or write to us with your username and the language you play in. We delete your profile, rating and friends, and the answers you have written become anonymous. See what is deleted and what is kept.
